Hello! My name is Lauren but you can call me Ren and welcome to Sweet Moments by Ren!
For those of you who have been around for a minute you may know me as Life Sweet Moments Events and if you follow me on Instagram or Tik Tok you may know me as sweeteventssweetercoffee (even though I am not a big coffee drinker but that’s a story for another day).
Why Sweet Moments by Ren?
I decided to rebrand LSME to SMR because one it feels a bit more personal, I am but one human person that is invested in making every sweet moment of your life a beautiful event that you will remember forever, and two I have a long history in all types of events and truly any type of event you throw at me will be curated specially and intentionally by me.
Who is “Ren”?
Hi! That’s me Lauren or Ren for short! I am a traveler, I am a photographer, I am a bit of a sports fanatic, I love all things math and sci fi and nerdy, I am reader but most importantly I am an event planner. I have been planning events as a job since 2015 being on event teams that curated NFL summer training camp fan events. Way too many professional sport community engagement events. I have done domestic and international wedding planning, coordination and management. Birthday parties, corporate outings, retreats, and team building parties. I have done brand engagement events for television shows and networks. Have worked with a ton of absolutely amazing nonprofits and foundations to put on various fundraising events from galas to cocktail hours and casino nights! I love every part of event planning, coordination and management while also loving every different type of event! I am so excited to be a part of your next sweet moment!
What events does Sweet Moments by Ren Do?
Sweet Moments by ren specializes in social event services and luxury picnics we call Luxe Moments. Our Luxe Moments are so very special to me for many reasons, it’s a more economic option for any special moment, it is a versatile package where the client can choose the location, number of guests, and has a bunch of add ons that can elevate the event in any way the client wishes. Luxe Moments can even be added with other event services! Planning a sweet sixteen at your home and need an extra special touch add a lux picnic and it includes the table set wear and so much more!
Our other event services we’ve tried to describe in three different types:
A Birthday Moment – this service is perfect for any upcoming birthday, child or adult, where you need someone to handle securing and coordinating with a venue and vendor, manage rsvps. This came about from my experience doing children’s birthdays and parents booking at a venue who may not offer cakes or party invites and they have a million things going on as parents do and they just need some additional help!
A Shower Moment – this is the perfect service for any upcoming “shower” type event. So think bridal shower, baby showers, engagement parties. This is for smaller gatherings and the services include vendor and venue identification and coordination, invite and rsvp management as well as day of on site event management.
A Special Moment – this is the ultimate service for any large scale event, think weddings, festivals, brand activation events. In these large scale events there are so many moving pieces and stakeholders to coordinate with and we would handle everything while reporting back in easy to understand reports on how everything is going from rsvp numbers to ticket sales.

The beautiful thing I love about events is it’s such a beautiful community filled with such kind, smart, creative, individuals. I have had the honor of working with industry staples, leaders, and small businesses from not only all over America, but Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and Asia. I have had the opportunity to work on some of the most beautiful and complex events and some of whom I believe to be the best cake designers, bakers, event designers, floral specialists, photographers, and videographers from all over the country and world. Not only does working with me means I have an amazing rolodex of vendors to work with but I have seen some many types of events, I have the belief that there is a solution to any problem that may arise and there is a way to make ideas work in beautiful ways or even those ideas you have that you do not know how to articulate or visualize I can help you get there. Even more so I know that if I am not the right fit for you and your event I also know so many amazing planners and event managers that may be a better fit that I can connect with clients!
